Before you apply
Eligibility snapshot
- Live or work in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, or Wright County for at least one year.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum gross household income of $50,000 per year and maximum based on household size, with $85,700 as the example maximum for a household of 4.
- $2,000 in savings at application.
- Minimum 600 credit score.
- No bankruptcy or foreclosure in the last 7 years.
- No current ownership of a house or land.
